baked haddock (can sub pollock or any other white fish)

Recipe Ingredients for baked haddock

1 1/2 lbs Haddock
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for baked haddock

  1. Combine sour cream, parmesan cheese and melted butter.

  2. Salt and pepper fish to taste.

  3. Place fish in a greased baking dish.

  4. Pour sour cream mixture over fish.

  5. Bake at 350 for 30 minute, until fish is flaky.
