1.5 tbsp Cream, Sour, Cultured
1 serving Parmesan 100% Grated
0.5 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter

Recipe Directions for Baked Haddock w/ cream sauce

  1. Combine cheese and sour cream

  2. Spread over fillet

  3. Pour melted butter on top

  4. Bake at 425 for 1/2 hour or until flaky
