Recipe Ingredients for Baked gratinated garlic mushroom

1/2 oz breadcrumbs, wholewheat
5 oz mushroom
3 garlic cloves, chopped
3/4 oz margarine
1 oz cheese grated
1 salt and pepper, season to taste

Recipe Directions for Baked gratinated garlic mushroom

Find yourself a whole large mushroom, brush off any dirt lay open side upwards on foil, chop garlic finely and with a little salt and the side of the knife puree garlic, then add to the margarine and the chopped parsley mix well and then smear generously inside the mushroom, then top with the breadcrumbs and grated cheese, scrunch up foil into a parcel and bake mushroom in a preheated oven gas mark 7 for 15 minutes. serve immediatley on toast.
