Makes 6 servings



Warm baked granola is a little sweet and not gummy like cooked oatmeal. Tastes like soft, warm granola.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Granola

2 cups oatmeal
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp Baking Powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup soy milk

Recipe Directions for Baked Granola

  1. Mix all dry ingredients well. Beat egg and soy milk together, stir into dry ingredients. Add melted butter last.

  2. Bake at 350 in an 8" x 8" square pan for 30 minutes or until set. Spray pan with oil.
