Recipe Ingredients for Baked Garlic Parmesan Zucchini

1 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Garlic Powder
3 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Baked Garlic Parmesan Zucchini

  1. Cut zucchini in half length-wise, remove ends.

  2. Score inside of zucchini halves.

  3. Spread butter onto zucchini halves.

  4. Place zucchini halves in oven safe baking dish.

  5. Sprinkle garlic powder and parmesan on top of zucchini halves.

  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes until golden brown on top.
