A simple recipe that takes little time and effort.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken

2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 cup of bread crumbs
2/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon of dried basil leaves
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, ground
6 chicken breast

Recipe Directions for Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (170 degrees celcius) and lightly grease 9' x 13' baking dish.

  2. In a bowl blend the olive oil and garlic together.

  3. In a seperate bowl, mix the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, basil and pepper together.

  4. Dip each chicken breast in the oil mixture, then in the bread crumb mixture.

  5. Arrange the coated chick breasts in the prepared baking dish, and top off with any remaining bread crumb mixture.

  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
