Hearty baked oatmeal with yummy fruit

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Fruity Oatmeal

3 cups quick oats
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup melted butter
1 small diced apple
3/4 cup blueberries or blackberries

Recipe Directions for Baked Fruity Oatmeal

  1. Combine oats, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in large bowl.

  2. Combine milk, eggs and butter; add to dry ingredients.

  3. Add applles and blueberries. Pour batter into greased pan and bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Serve with milk or yogurt.
