Yummy baked fruit. Delicious served with no-sugar added vanilla ice cream.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Fruit

6 oz dried apricots
8 oz dried cranberries
9 oz dried plums
15 oz pineapple tidbits
20 oz Cherry Pie Filling
4 1/2 oz dried apples
32 oz Peaches, Spiced

Recipe Directions for Baked Fruit

  1. Cut dried fruit to desired size. Mix with drained pineapple. Stir in the peaches, cut to desired size, and juice and pie filling.

  2. Pour into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 400 for an hour or until sauce is desired thickness.
