Baked fruit oatmeal using applesauce instead of butter.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Fruit Oatmeal

1 cup Oats, Rolled, Regular Old Fashioned
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 large egg
1 tsp imitation vanilla extract
2 bananas
1 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for Baked Fruit Oatmeal

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  2. Mix wet and dry ingredients separately and slice bananas.

  3. Place bananas and half of the blueberries on the bottom of a pan. Put dry ingredients over the layer of fruit. Pour wet ingredients over the oats. Place remaining fruit on top.

  4. Bake 30-40 minutes.
