I love some fries, but french fried are too high in fat and calories. This is my version!

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Fries

5 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Baked Fries

Cut potatoes into fries, long and lean. Add olive oil to ziplock bag. Add potatoes, seasoning and zip close. Mix real well. Bake in 450 degree oven for 25-35 minutes.
