These are really just roasted potatoes, but they make a great alternative to French fries!

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Fries

4 cups Potatoes, White, Flesh And Skin
4 1tsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Baked Fries

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Wash and dry potatoes and chop into wedges, cubes, whatever shape you want.

  3. Put oil, salt, and whatever other spices you want into a gallon-size Ziploc bag. I suggest lots of pepper and garlic, as well as onion powder, paprika, cayenne, and chili powder. Shake the bag so oil and spices are well mixed.

  4. Put potatoes into bag and shake until well coated. Pour onto a pan and spread into a single layer.

  5. Bake for 25 minutes, flip potatoes, and bake for 20 more minutes or until crispy.
