Recipe Ingredients for Baked "Fried" Chicken

40 oz Chicken
4 cup Cereal
1 serving Egg Substitute- GV

Recipe Directions for Baked "Fried" Chicken

  1. Preheat oven 375F

  2. 2 packages costco chicken breast (4 breasts- 40 oz)

  3. Flatten out breasts with mallet

  4. 1/4th cup egg substitute in plate,

  5. dip chicken in egg substitute, then roll in crushed corn flakes (here, 4 cups worth) then place on baking pan (use pam instead of butter or oil). Cook for 30 minutes, flipping over at 15 minutes.
