Recipe Ingredients for Baked "Fried" Chicken

3 pound chicken
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 oz freshly grated parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Baked "Fried" Chicken

  1. Soak chicken in yogurt for 1/2 hour. Coat chicken with breadcrumbs flavored with parmesan cheese (grated), powdered garlic, dried parseley, etc.

  2. Bake for 1 hour
