Easy make ahead breakfast or brunch item

Recipe Ingredients for Baked French Toast

1/3 stick of butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. of cinnamon
2 c. egg beaters
1 c. fat free milk
1 salt
6 thick slices french bread

Recipe Directions for Baked French Toast

Melt butter and pour into a 9 x 13 pan. In small bowl combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle on top of butter in pan. Lay bread slices on top of butter mixture. Mix egg, milk and dash of salt and pour over top of bread slices. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. Serve with butter and syrup.
