Recipe Ingredients for Baked Flounder with veggies

440 g flounder, skinless, bonless
3 med tomatoes
1 red bell pepper, without seeds
1 small onion, raw
1 tbsp oregano, dried
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp olive oil
5 cloves roasted garlic
100 g dried bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for Baked Flounder with veggies

  1. Use a food processor to finely chop the veggies.

  2. Add the vinegar and olive oil

  3. Cover bottom of baking dish with bread crumbs.

  4. Place thawed flounder in pan on top of crumbs

  5. Top with chopped veggies

  6. Bake at 375 for about 30 minutes.
