Recipe Ingredients for Baked Flounder

6 oz Flounder
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp lemon pepper

Recipe Directions for Baked Flounder

  1. Place Flounder in a small glass baking dish, on top of the olive oil and lemon juice.

  2. Season the fish on both sides.

  3. Bake at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes, until it is cooked through.
