Traditional baked fish topped with lemon, onions, garlic and rosemary. Recipe uses Mrs. Dash rather than table salt.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Fish in onions and garlic

4 lbs white fish fillets, raw
2 medium onions
2 lemons, raw with peel
4 cloves garlic
6 grams (1 teaspoon) Mrs Dash Lemon Pepper Seasoning
1 teaspoon rosemary

Recipe Directions for Baked Fish in onions and garlic

  1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees

  2. Chop garlic

  3. Slice onions

  4. Mix onions, garlic, rosemary, Mrs Dash together

  5. Rinse fish fillets

  6. Remove and discard skin from fish

  7. Spray baking pan(s) with olive oil

  8. Place fish fillets close together in bottom of baking pans

  9. Spread onion mixture over each fish fillet

  10. Slice lemons into 1/4 inch slices

  11. Cover each fish fillet with sliced lemon

  12. Place baking dishes in oven and cook for 20-30 minutes until fish is flaky

  13. Remove pans from oven and serve with rice or potatoes and a green vegetable
