0.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
4 large Egg, Whole
4 cup Corn Flakes
1 cup sprigs Dill Weed, Fresh
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
250 grams Greek Yogurt

Recipe Directions for Baked Fish Fingers with Greek Yogurt Dip

  1. 450 degrees

  2. spray baking sheet with oil

  3. flour in 1 dish

  4. egg whisked in 1 dish

  5. cornflakes with 1/2 dill and salt in 3rd dish

  6. pat fish dry with paper towel

  7. cut into about 24 pieces

  8. dip in flour, then egg, then cornflakes

  9. lay on baking sheet then spray with oil

  10. bake for about 12 min flipping halfway through

  11. dip - yogurt, 1/2 dill, chopped pickles
