1/8 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter (melted)
1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes

Recipe Directions for Baked Fish Fillets

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. spray an oven safe dish with pam.

  3. Rinse fillets and dry with paper towels. Season with salt.

  4. Mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese and garlic powder, then place mixture on a shallow dish.

  5. Brush melted butter on each side of the fillets.

  6. Pass fillets through the breadcrumbs mixture coating all sides well.

  7. Place fillets in the baking dish. Sprinkle with parsley flakes.

  8. Bake for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.

  9. This recipe was originally done with Orange Roughy, but we do not recommend it as they are endangered. The recipe works just as well with other flaky fish such as flounder or tilapia.
