Fish & Chips that are baked not fried

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Fish & Chips

1 fillet(90 g) Cod, Pacific
0.25 cup Bread Crumbs
0.5 tsp Lemon Peel
1 tbsp Olive Oil
0.5 tbsp ICBINB! Regular (Soft)
1/4 tsp Seasoning Blend
1 tsp Dill Weed, Dried
0.3 large Egg, White
0.05 cup Flour, All Purpose
4 oz Red Potato

Recipe Directions for Baked Fish & Chips

  1. preheat over 440

  2. slice potatos into wedges and coat with 1/3 of oil and 1/2 of seasonings and put in oven on cookie sheet

  3. coat fish with flour, dip in egg white and then dip in mixture of panko bread crumbs, lemon peel 1/3 olive oil, and melted butter substitute

  4. After potatoes have baked for 20 minutes add fish to oven for 8 minutes on top rack.

  5. turn oven up to broil and cook fish for additional 2 minutes
