Recipe Ingredients for Baked Fennel

428 g fennel
1 T olive oil
1 salt
1 pepper
1/4 c parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Baked Fennel

  1. preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. cut fennel into 8 pieces each

  3. boil for 5 mins

  4. put in baking dish and lightly salt and pepper

  5. stir in oil

  6. bake 30 mins

  7. remove from oven sprinkle with parmesan

  8. bake an additional 5 mins or until parm begins to brown
