Recipe Ingredients for Baked Eggs

1 flour tortilla
4 whole eggs
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cooking spray

Recipe Directions for Baked Eggs

  1. Cut flour tortilla into 4 pieces.

  2. Spray 4 baking cups with cooking spray.

  3. Line each sprayed baking cup with a tortilla quarter.

  4. Crack whole egg into each cup.

  5. salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.

  7. Bake at 375F for 25minutes, or until egg is set
