Recipe Ingredients for Baked Eggs

2 large Egg, White
0.5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 tbsp Butter
1 Teaspoon Dill
1 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Baked Eggs

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 375.

  2. 2. Slice tomatoes and butter ramekins or spray with cooking spray.

  3. 2. Place about half a square of butter and one or two slices of tomato in the bottom of each ramekin.

  4. 3. Sprinkle dill and parmesan on top of the tomatoes.

  5. 4. Crack an egg into each ramekin.

  6. 5. Place in the oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the white is set.
