Recipe Ingredients for Baked Eggs and Cheese

2 large Egg, Whole
0.13 tsp Salt, Table
0.13 tsp Pepper, Black
0.25 oz Reduced Fat Feta Traditional Crumbled

Recipe Directions for Baked Eggs and Cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 400.

  2. Break eggs into an oven safe ramekin. Sprinkle liberally with salt and pepper.

  3. Place ramekin into a baking dish and fill with water to egg line.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until eggs are cooked to your liking.

  5. Sprinkle with feta cheese. Serve immediately. Feta cheese can be mixed into eggs before placing into the oven if preferred.
