Recipe Ingredients for Baked eggrolls

2 cups cabbage, shredded
2 cups alfalfa sprouts
1 cup onion, diced
1 tsp. ginger, minced
1 tbsp. garlic, minced
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup rice vinegar
4 egg roll wrappers

Recipe Directions for Baked eggrolls

  1. Put cabbage and sprouts into a bowl cover and vent put in microwave for 5 minutes.

  2. In large skillet spray oil and over med. high heat add garlic, ginger, and onions.

  3. after about 3 minutes add rice vinegar then rest of the ingredients. Roll the wrappers and spray with cooking spray and bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
