4 cup (1" cubes) Eggplant
4 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
0.7 serving Pure All Natural Vegetable Oil
3 serving Roasted Garlic and Herb Seasoning Grill Creations

Recipe Directions for Baked Eggplant

  1. Slice eggplant

  2. place on baking sheet

  3. baste with oil

  4. sprinkle about 1/8 cup parmesan cheese and roasted garlic seasoning on top of eggplant strips

  5. bake at 350 degrees for 20 mins or until tender
