1/2 c. mixed greens (view)
1 dash salt (view)
1 dash black pepper (view)
1/4 tsp dill (view)
1 tsp. minced onion
1 cooking spray

Recipe Directions for baked egg

  1. spray muffin pan with cooking spray.

  2. line cup with greens and crack eggs on top

  3. sprinkle seasonings on top.

  4. sprinkle bacon or cheese on top as desired (these aren't in the recipe so will need to be added to your food log separately!)
