0.5 cup Cheese Cheddar Shredded Medium
1 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
2 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16") Ham, Sliced, Extra Lean
2 tbsp chopped Onions
1/2 cup Spinach
