Eggs, veggies, cheese, vegetarian sausage (optional)

Recipe Ingredients for Baked egg dish

2 cups egg beaters
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup red peppers, sliced
1/2 cup tomatos, sliced
1/4 cup onions, chopped
1/2 cup skim milk
1 tbsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp ground black pepper
1/4 cup shredded cheese
2 tbsp feta cheese
2 tbsp parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Baked egg dish

  1. Mix all ingredients in seperate mixing bowl

  2. pour in 9" round baking pan

  3. bake at 375 for 30 minutes

  4. take out, sprinkle parmesan accross the top

  5. bake for 20 more minutes

  6. cool for 10-20 minutes before cutting
