These aren't like deep-fried doughnuts, but they are a yummy breakfast treat! Shape them however you like - by any other name, they'll taste as sweet!

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Doughnuts

2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
0.5 tsp Cloves, Ground
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
3 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
8 fl oz Vanilla
0.66 tbsp 67% Buttery Spread

Recipe Directions for Baked Doughnuts

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking sheet, or donut baking pan.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix the dry ingredients. Mix buttermilk, eggs, honey, Vanilla, pureed raspberries and Smart Balance in a separate medium bowl, and stir into the dry ingredients. Spoon the mixture onto the prepared pan in doughnut shapes.

  3. Bake 12 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden brown.
