0.66 lb salmon
3 tablespoons mustard
1/4 cup dry italian bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for Baked Dijon Salmon Fillets

  1. Preheat oven to 400 and line a shallow baking pan with foil.

  2. Place salmon on foil and spread a thin layer of mustard on top of each fillet, season with salt and pepper (optional). Top with bred crumbs.

  3. Bake in oven for 15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
