A good way to make fish for dinner. I add a lot of curry to this recipe but you can just add it to taste. Also, you can skip the rice from the dish if you'd rather have them on the side - no matter.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked curry fish

300 grams Haddock Fresh Seafood
150 grams Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
1 medium apple Apples
150 grams Vegetables, Mixed
250 grams Fat Free Sour Cream
15 grams Curry Powder
5 grams Sea Salt Flakes

Recipe Directions for Baked curry fish

  1. Cook rice, drain and set in the bottom of an oven dish.

  2. Peel the green apple, slice it and place over the rice.

  3. Blend sour cream and curry together and blend with the frozen vegetables. Put half of that mix into the oven dish.

  4. Rub haddock in Maldon flakes and place into the oven dish.

  5. Put the rest of the vegetables/sour cream on top and cover with shredded cheese.

  6. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes or so.
