Recipe Ingredients for Baked Cod

6 3/10 ounces cod
1 tablespoons Flour
1 egg whites, beaten
1/8 teaspoon onion salt
1/16 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/8 cup Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Baked Cod

  1. preheat oven to 350 F

  2. dip cod in egg whites mixed with salt and pepper

  3. dip cod in mixture of flour and bread crumbs

  4. drizzle oil over top and sprinkle with cheese

  5. bake until done
