226 grams cod
1 tbs melted smart balance
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. lime juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper

Recipe Directions for Baked Cod

  1. Put fish in square baking dish.

  2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish.

  3. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 1/2 hour.

  4. Baste fish once or twice while baking.
