Recipe Ingredients for Baked Cod

6 oz Cod
2 tsp Vegetable Oil,Canola
1 1/2 tsp Sage, Ground
1 tsp Peppermint
2 tbsp Lemon Juice

Recipe Directions for Baked Cod

  1. Directions

  2. Place cod on foil. Rub in oil then lemon juice followed by a sprinkle of sage.

  3. Fold foil till covered so to keep in the juices and bake. Remove from oven and plate. Add a mint leaf or two for added color and flavor.
