12 slice, large (4-1/2" x 3-1/4" x 3/4") Bread, Italian
3 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
48 tsp Sugars, Granulated
2 large Egg, White
1.5 cup Coconut Meat, Dried (Desiccated), Sweetened, Flaked, Packaged
6 tbsp Butter

Recipe Directions for Baked Coconut French Toast

  1. slice loaf

  2. butter 13x9 pan

  3. squeeze bread into pan(s)

  4. beat eggs

  5. mix in milk, sugar, extract, butter

  6. pour mixture over bread

  7. mix coconut, sugar, egg whites

  8. spreaBakedd over bread mixture

  9. refrigerate overnight

  10. bake at 375 for 40 minutes
