Chicken with Cilantro & Green Onion

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Cilantro Chicken

4 Chicken Breast
4 Green Onions
1 1/2 cup of Cilantro
2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Pepper
2 tsp Tarragon
2 tsp Accent

Recipe Directions for Baked Cilantro Chicken

  1. PRE-HEAT oven @ 350 degrees & Bake for 40min.

  2. Spray your baking pan with non-stick spray

  3. Place 3 pieces of Green Onions & several pieces of Cilantro on the bottom of the baking pan

  4. Place the Chicken Breast on top & Sprinkle with salt, pepper & tarragon

  5. Slice up the remaining Green Onions & Cilantro (to your liking) and sprinkle on top of the Chicken Breast

  6. Sprinkle Accent over the Chicken & cover with foil tightly.

  7. Place in Pre-heated oven and bake for 40min.
