Recipe Ingredients for Baked Chips

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 large potatoes
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Baked Chips

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Slice potatoes into strips. Place onto cookie sheet. Pour olive oil over the potatoes and mix around to lightly coat. Sprinkle with salt. Bake 30-45 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy!
