Recipe Ingredients for Baked Chicken and Ziti Casserole

29 oz diced tomatos (2 14.5 oz cans)
7 oz mushrooms (7 oz can)
32 oz pasta
2 cups cooked chicken
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Baked Chicken and Ziti Casserole

  1. Use 2 quart casserole - stir together diced tomatoes and tomato sauce, cooked ziti, cooked chicken, and 1/2 cup Mozzarella. Season to taste with oregano, garlic or Italian seasoning.

  2. Sprinkle with rest of Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbling. Makes 6 servings.
