Recipe Ingredients for baked chicken and vegies

8 ounce chicken breast, baked
2 tbsp olive oil
6 ounces cauliflower, sauteed

Recipe Directions for baked chicken and vegies

  1. Thaw chicken breast, drizzle 2 tbsp of olive oil over chicken, and then add desired dried seasonings. Bake in a 350 degree oven.

  2. In a sautee pan place mixed vegies and desired dried seasonings. Cook on medium until done.
