Recipe Ingredients for Baked chicken & veggie marsala

4 4/5 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 serving Tomato Paste
1 serving Sliced Mushrooms
2 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 serving roland marsala cooking wine

Recipe Directions for Baked chicken & veggie marsala

  1. Preheat oven to 425

  2. Cube squash

  3. 2 tbs tomato paste

  4. 2 tbs marsala (or more if need more liquid)

  5. 1 can gv mushrooms

  6. Combine paste, wine, mushrooms

  7. Pour over chicken and cubes veggies

  8. Wrap in tinfoil - make pouch

  9. Bake 40 mins
