Recipe Ingredients for Baked Chicken Thighs with Creamy Gravy

2 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs (12 pieces)
10 ounce cream of mushroom soup
10 ounce cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup 1% milk

Recipe Directions for Baked Chicken Thighs with Creamy Gravy

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Spray 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray. Place chicken thighs in bottom of pan.

  3. In a medium sized bowl, mix soups with milk until well blended. Pour over chicken in pan and spread around to cover all pieces.

  4. Bake approximately 45 minutes or until chicken reaches internal temperature of 180 degrees.
