Recipe Ingredients for Baked Chicken Tenders

24 oz Fresh Chicken Breast Tenders
4 serving VIGO ITALIAN BREAD CRUMB
2 large Egg, Whole
1/4 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
4 tsp Salt

Recipe Directions for Baked Chicken Tenders

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.

  2. Season the chicken tenders with salt and black pepper to your taste.

  3. In a shallow dish beat the eggs with the milk. In another shallow dish, place the breadcrumbs.

  4. Dip the chicken tenders into the egg and coat the chicken tenders with the breadcrumbs.

  5. Place the breaded chicken tenders onto a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
