Easy, quick chicken tenders without the frying! Similar to recipe seen on Biggest Loser.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Chicken Tenders

60 oz boneless, skinless chicken tenders
2 cups Quaker Oats
2 Egg whites

Recipe Directions for Baked Chicken Tenders

  1. Preheat oven to 425

  2. Put egg whites in flat dish to dip chicken tenders

  3. Grind 2 cups of oats in blender or food processor and put in a flat dish to dip tenders

  4. Use non-stick cookie sheet

  5. Dip each tender in egg whites, then oats to coat

  6. Place on cookie sheet

  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until done!
