Recipe Ingredients for Baked chicken strips

6 oz chicken breast, trimmed and cut into strips
1 tbsp olive oil
1/10 dash soy sauce
1/4 oz orange juice
1/10 c bread crumbs
1/10 pinch parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Baked chicken strips

  1. Mix olive oil, soy sauce and orange juice together with a dash of Kirkland Signature's Organic no-salt seasoning.

  2. Pour over chicken in plastic bag and marinade in refrigerator for one hour.

  3. In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, seasoning and parmesan cheese. Coat individual chicken strips with bread crumb mix and lay on an aluminum foil covered baking sheet.

  4. Place in 375*F oven and bake for 20-30 minutes, checking periodically until chicken reaches 170*F.
