Recipe Ingredients for baked chicken rolls

16 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
1/4 cup pesto
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup italian bread crumbs
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for baked chicken rolls

  1. slice chicken into cutlets and pound flat.

  2. mix the pesto and cheese and spread evenly on each chicken cutlet.

  3. roll the chicken around the filling, then coat lightly with bread crumbs.

  4. coat baking pan with olive oil. bake at 400 until chicken is done - 20-30 minutes
