4 Medium sized chicken thighs House Seasoning *Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder(optional)* 3/4 cup EVOO *Extra Virgin Olive Oil* (1/4 EVOO for all chix, asparagus & potatoes) 1 bundle asparagus *trimmed & rinsed* 4 small red potatoes *scrubbed & rinsed*

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Chicken w.Roasted Red Potatoes & Roasted Asparagus

1 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin, Baked
1 thigh, bone removed Chicken, Thigh
4 ounces Pan Grilled Asparagus

Recipe Directions for Baked Chicken w.Roasted Red Potatoes & Roasted Asparagus

  1. ~PREHEAT Oven to 350 degrees.

  2. ~Prepare chicken *rinsed & patted dry*

  3. ~Season chix w.house seasoning *salt, blackpepper, garlic powder*

  4. ~Dizzle 1/4 cup of EVOO

  5. ~Place on baking sheet

  6. **Bake of 45 mins. juices should run clear when done**

  7. ~Trim Asparagus Ends (Hard part off)

  8. ~Rinse & Patted Dry

  9. ~Season w.House Seasoning

  10. ~Dizzle 1/4 cup of EVOO

  11. ~Toss

  12. ~Set Aside for all flavors to merry.

  13. ~Place on foil lined baking sheet

  14. **Bake for 15-20 Mins or until TENDER**

  15. ~quarter potatoes then in half.

  16. ~Season w.House Seasoning

  17. ~Dizzle remaining 1/4 cup of EVOO

  18. ~Toss together

  19. ~Place on foil lined baking sheet

  20. **Bake for 45 Mins til TENDER/Golden Brown**
