Recipe Ingredients for Baked chicken & Rice

2 1/2 serving 1/2 cup Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 cup, diced Celery
1 cup, chopped Onions
2 1/2 cup Mild Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
1 tbsp Olive Oil
12 oz Chicken

Recipe Directions for Baked chicken & Rice

Brown onion and celery in skillet in olive oil. Add rice and brown it. In food processor mix rotel and one cup of water and cream of chicken soup. Place 3 large chicken breasts in a baking dish. Add rice mix & rotel mix. Bake 375 for one hour.
