Recipe Ingredients for baked chicken

1 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 Garlic
1 tsp Oregano, Ground
1 tsp Basil, Fresh
1 tsp Rosemary, Dried
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
1 cup,+cubes Yam

Recipe Directions for baked chicken

  1. combine spices and melted oil in a bowl

  2. toss the chicken in the spice mixture

  3. place chicken in a 13 x 9 baking dish

  4. peel yam and cut into inch pieces

  5. toss the yams in the spice mixture

  6. layer the yams over the chicken

  7. bake at 400 degrees for 45-60min
