2 pounds Chicken Thighs, boneless, skinned
1 cup Dressing, Zesty Italian
1 cup Bread Crumbs, un-seasoned

Recipe Directions for Baked Chicken

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Put dressing in a bowl and the bread crumbs in a 1-gallon zip-lock bag.

  8. Use cooking spray on rack for much easier cleanup.

  9. Start with small amounts of dressing in the bowl, adding more as needed.

  10. Try the same with the bread crumbs.

  11. Add seasoning to bread crumbs.

  12. tsp salt

  13. ⅛ tsp pepper

  14. ⅛ tsp powdered garlic

  15. Add 2 Tbsp flour to bread crumbs.

  16. Substitute French, Ranch, or Thousand Island dressing.

  17. Substitute chicken breasts and cook for 30 minutes.

  18. Thought about pork chops yet? (Hint: 30 minutes)
